A gentle, relaxing energy healing session within the comfort of your own home. AlI you is a quiet area within your home that will accommodate a treatment bed. I recommend refraining from consuming caffeine, sugar or alcohol at least three hours before a session. A heavy meal can hinder the benefits of reiki so its important to only eat a light meal prior to your treatment.
