Service Description

Reiki healing from a distance is considered to be the same if not more effective than an in-person session. A remote healing reiki session with me can be done over video call or I can simply send for an hour that we schedule before hand. It’s important that you’re in a comfortable space when receiving and not running around carrying out tasks, so bear this in mind beforehand. I recommend refraining from consuming caffeine, sugar or alcohol at least three hours before a session. A heavy meal can hinder the benefits of reiki so its important to only eat a light meal prior to your treatment.
